Okay, so this has nothing to do with this post, but I must let y'all know that I love Julep's Fast Drying Top Coat! I used it on the mani I have on my fingers now and they weren't lying; its fast drying! Now it doesn't have the consistency of a regular top coat, more like those drying drops that I use, but it dries smoothly. And I have glitter accent nails. Y'all know what that means.
