This past weekend was cold and wet. We finally get a taste of winter with cooler temps, but with this being Houston we couldn't get cold weather
Scratch that. A lot of rain.
In the midst of it all I still managed to get out for a bit for a holiday party and I wanted to share a few snaps of the Fais-Do-Do with y'all. These are from Friday when I the cooler weather started and I accidentally matched with one of the many trees we have at work. Each of the 5 buildings has a different theme and tree.

Then Saturday night was my friend's annual Fais-Do-Do and Gumbo party and I had a blast! We enjoyed delicious cajun food, enjoyed fine spirits and played shot roulette and Jenga. We even had a white elephant exchange where I won a hanging bottle opener and some fun holiday koozies!
