Guess who's going to re-live their 90's R&B/Hip-Hop childhood on Thursday? This girl!! This past Saturday I was on the phone with my friend Meg going over how awesome the Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato show was when I mentioned that I wanted to see Diddy and co at his upcoming tour. Being the lover of 90's R&B that she is Meg immediately let me know that she was down to go. I was super excited! I'd checked earlier last week and there were plenty of seats available and they were even running a special, buy one get one free. I scouredTwitterandFacebookfor the coupon code and when I found one I literally hollered. I was super amped about this show when Diddy announced that he was taking it on the road and that it wouldn’t be a one-time gig in NYC.
I've seen Diddy and Mase live before, so I'm looking forward to seeing Faith, Total, Carl Thomas, 112 and Mario Winans. Please believe I will be getting my entire life that night, and will be rolling into work for the late shift the next day. That's the bad thing about mid-week concerts, I still have to get up and go to work the next day. But I guess those are things I have to deal with when you're an adult. Anywho! I wanted to share a few of the songs I hope they perform on Thursday. I haven't checked out the setlist yet, so fingers crossed here's hoping they play some of my favorites.
