I decided to do two posts today because I couldn't pass up on linking up withHeleneandSarahagain. I know it seems like all I've been posting lately are link-ups, but that's what keeping me motivated to blog and providing me with interesting prompts. It'll slow down once this month is over, I promise. Besides, new material is new material!Onto this month's prompt. These ladies decided to keep it simple: favorites. There was no set list of favorite things, so I chose a few random questions I found onthis site.Favorite food I've cooked: Jambalaya. I'm not the best chef, I do best by following instructions, but that's something I'm pretty good at making (with the help of Zatarain's). Favorite food from childhood: This is actually still one of my favorite foods, and I blame my mom for this since she ate so much of it while pregnant with me. Potato Salad. I like mine sweet, some call it Southern style and I prefer it made with Miracle Whip and not mustard. In fact, Krogers has the most amazing Southern style potato salad.

Favorite drink on a hot summer day: I love Arnold Palmer's on a hot day, which is most of the year in Houston. I have to have them made with unsweet tea though, I tried it with sweet tea when I was in Atlanta a few years back and almost lost 5 teeth because of how sweet it was.Favorite movie of all time: I don't necessarily think it's my favorite, but I don't change the channel whenever I see that 'Enough' is on. I've seen it a million times and it's not even the best movie, but I love it!Favorite color: Blue!! You wouldn't know that with all the pink things I own (thanks Ryan), but my favorite color is actually blue.Most rewarding time I’ve ever spent volunteering: A few years ago I volunteered as a counselor at Camp Smiles and had an amazing time. I had the sweetest little camper and really learned a lot during that week about CP. The best advice I’ve ever given: Do what you love and the money will follow.My favorite paid employment, ever: My current job, I love it!My favorite household chore: Laundry, I don't like folding clothes though.Favorite household cleaner smell: Purple Fabuloso. It smells so good!Song that makes me move no matter how bad I feel?: I just wanna be with you by *NSYNC. It brings me back to my childhood.
Favorite ice cream ever and from where?: Cake Batter from Coldstone. I worked there for about 2 years and made so many batches of that stuff. They actually put yellow cake mix in the ice cream!Favorite TV rerun I could watch 50 times?: Law & Order: SVU. Benson & Stabler for the win!
