I got this season's Target beauty box in the mail last Monday and I felt like I couldn't get home fast enough. I'd heard and read nothing but good things about it, and was convinced that this season's box was specifically targeted for curly girls! I've loved every single beauty box I've purchased from them in the past and figured I wouldn't be let down this time.

As usual the packaging was minimal, but what else was I to expect since the box was only $5.40 with tax? I'm not paying for bells and whistles!

Further unboxing led me to the products that I'd read about the morning of my flight back home from vacation. So many hair care products! This box included the following items:

Jane Carter Revitalizing Leave-In Conditioner

Curls Creme Brule Whipped Curl Cream

Dove Quench Absolute Creme Serum (Full Size)

SheaMoisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil

Aquaphor Healing Ointment

Colgate Optic White Platinum Express White Toothpaste

I decided that night that I was going to wash my hair and try out a few products, I was overdue for a wash any way! I went through my normal routine in the shower and decided to try the Jane Carter Leave-In Conditioner and SheaMoisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil.

I was impressed! The leave in worked wonders and the castor oil not only left my hair moisturized but it smelled so good!

I've already tried the Aquaphor (my middle sister has bad eczema so we go through containers of this stuff) and toothpaste, so those are tried and true products. I do look forward to trying everything else and I'll be sure to share my thoughts with you guys onInstagramandTwitter.

Were any of lucky enough to score this box before it sold out? If so, comment below and let me know!

This isn't a sponsored post, I just love Target and these products and wanted to share them with y'all!
