I don't know how we were able to pull off a surprise office baby shower for one of the property managers yesterday, but we did it. Lindsay is one of the sweetest and low-key people I've ever met and we knew that she would say no if we offered to have the standard office baby shower for her, so we decided to go a different route.

This is the invite I made for the shower.
She and her husband are waiting until the baby is born to find out the gender so we have an office pot on that along with the baby's stats. I personally think she's going to have a baby girl (and hopefully name her Jazmyn) on May 10th (5 days before her due date) and she will be about 8lbs. *Fingers crossed*The look on her face when she figured out what was going on was priceless! One of our other property managers brought her over to the restaurant under the guise of a tenant meeting and she was so shocked! We enjoyed yummy appetizers and a few adult beverages, all in all a great afternoon on the patio.

A candid moment while the mommy-to-be opened presentsI continued the tradition from Christmas and got her a few more board books for the baby (gotta build that library up), and she got a lot of really cute goodies from other people! She posted this on IG last night.
