It rained today. Very hard. Like rain that's good to cuddle and nap in, but that's not what I did today. Nope! In fact, today I studied and converted a few state constitutions into Kindle format as well as shopped for some nail polishonce the rain cleared up of course. I must say that my nail polish collection has grown exponentially this year. I now have over 70 bottles!
Anywho! It's fall and time to bust out these beautiful fall shades. I recently purchased my perfect brown and a bright 'Fly Girl' gold (as my friend Dara so eloquently put it) at Target, but I was still on the hunt for a bigger bottle of a perfect gray, a muted gold and shimmery navy. I own 2 navy blues already that a re kind of similar in color, but I'm a shimmer type of girl when it comes to nail polish and wanted to find a shimmery one. I hit the motherload today at my local beauty supply store! I was able to purchase 4 bottles of nail polish, one of them being a silver crackle and a bad ass emory board for $7!!! You can't beat that with a stick!!

This is the silver crackle I bought layered over my previous mani. It's not really clear in this picture, but it cracked very well!! It's 'Apocalypse' by the brand 2012.

This is 'Perfect Gray' by NYX Girls. The name of it is very fitting. I needed a bigger bottle since my only gray is a mini bottle of OPI's 'Skull & Glossbones'.
