If you follow me onInstagramorTwitteryou've probably seen me continue to rant and rave about my at home gel manis. It wasn't until this past Sunday while I was sitting in my new apartment with no internet access that I just realized that I haven't put much on here. Well that's changing today.
I've done a few mani since that first post and I absolutely love them! I've worn them for an average of a week, though I 'm sure that I could've worn them longer if I didn't get bored with the colors so quickly. I get a bit of tipwear, but that's to be expected since I type so friggin hard at work. They look and feel like gel mani and dry really quickly! I'm talking 10 minutes after I'm finished painting both hands they're dry!
I've told just about everyone who's complimented me on them about the method a lot of people have tried it. One co-worker of mine told me that it didn't work for her, but for the most part everyone's liked it.
A big concern of mine was the removal process. Taking off salon gel manis was hell for me and I seriously hoped it wouldn't be the same for theseand I'm happy to say that it wasn't/isn't. It takes 2-3 cotton balls and a bit of acetone, pure acetone, and the polish comes right off like it would if I used nail polish remover on a regular manicure. I love it!
