I was sitting around in my room yesterday trying to decide what color to paint my nails last night when it hit me that I haven't painted them a shade of purple in a long time (read: a month). Well that had to change, and this mani was born. I call her 'Glitter my planks'. This is 2 coats of 'Planks a lot' by OPI from their Pirates of the Caribbean collection from last year, 1 coat of China Glaze's 'Fairy Dust' and on my accent fingers 1 coat of 'All Purpled Out' by Ruby Kisses, a brand I picked up from the beauty supply store.

Do you ladies do that when you're about to redo your nails? Ask yourself what color you haven't worn recently and then pick a polish in that family? Am I the only one?
