It's time for another installation of the 'Dating Chronicles'! I know that I usually talk about my dating experiences with guys during this series, but today's post is going to be a bit different. I'm going to talk about something that might seem a bit taboo for the blogging world, my sex life. Don't worry I won't go into details, but I feel like I have to give you guys a brief look inside that part of my life to set up today's post.I'm single, hence this 'Dating Chronicles' series, but that doesn't mean that I'm celibate. I've done that in past, but not for myself and it honestly felt like I'd tried chocolate, loved it and was then told that I could never have it again until I was in a monogamous relationship. Well, things happened and I'm not seeing anyone exclusively but I still have needs and wants.Well what I've done with my body, specifically me having safe and consensual sex with a guy or guys (let's face it, I've been single for almost 2 years now) who isn't my boyfriend led to an ex-friend slut shaming me on Snapchat. Honestly that's not what upset, I've been slut shamed before (you know that whole double standard thing in society), but what upset me was that she wasn't even bold enough to call me out by name. She used some of the terminology I use and even blocked me so that I wouldn't see it, but I saw it. She then blocked me on multiple social media sites and refused to take my phone calls so I emailed her. Like I said, I don't think she was really upset about me having safe and consensual sex with guys I didn't date exclusively. I felt and still feel like she was mad about me not inviting her to my birthday festivities and chose to lash out the quickest way she knew how. She couldn't think of anything else "bad" to say about me, so she attacked my sexual history. Now she had a problem with everything I've done, even though she wasn't particularly chaste herself. She flat out called me a whore, and like I said that wasn't the first time I'd heard that term (it usually comes from guys I turn down). S
