I don't know how I feel about this. I don't want to have to pay for my syrups, but I am liking that I get my rewards instantly instead of waiting for the postcards. I'm also liking that I would get a free drink every 12 drinks instead of every 15, but I feel like the consumer would lose in the end.
I typically get a venti iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup; and I really don't want to have to pay for that vanilla syrup.
How do you feel about this change?
